Provide comprehensive support to Mena, ensuring the smooth execution of his daily activities and commitments. 

Anticipate his needs and proactively address any challenges that may arise, acting as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries. 

Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and discretion in all interactions, safeguarding his personal and professional interests at all times.

    Location

    Must be situated within NYC or NJ, with a preference for candidates located in Staten Island.

    Critical for accessibility and responsiveness to Mena's needs, ensuring swift and seamless support for timely assistance and coordination.

    Seamless communication is paramount to safeguard Mena's time, requiring proactive support to anticipate needs, mitigate potential issues, and ensure swift resolution, thereby maximizing efficiency and effectiveness in his daily operations.

  • REQUIRED

    Experience

    You must have experience.

    Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant is essential, showcasing the ability to navigate high-pressure environments, uphold confidentiality, and provide exceptional support, ensuring smooth operations and facilitating the achievement of organizational objectives.

    Absolute discretion is paramount. Confidentiality is non-negotiable. Your commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality regarding both professional and personal matters is imperative.
